YWomen Lead is a nine-month intensive leadership and career development series designed to support women in developing skills to support personal growth and strengthen their companies. Attendees develop connections with a group of peers who are passionate about women’s leadership and how it can be fostered individually and structurally. Companies can expect attendees to return with fresh ideas and strategies to promote women’s leadership in their organization.
